Roof Repair
A ceiling stain is the symptom. The leak is somewhere else.
Water travels along rafters, through insulation and down sheathing before it shows up on drywall. A roof repair starts on the roof, not in the attic — and the first visit is about finding the real entry point before any material is ordered.

The build · field method
Find the source, fix that part.
Finding the source
We walk the full roof surface and check every penetration and transition. Pipe boots dry out, crack and lose their seal. Lead step flashing lifts or separates from the brick. Sometimes the entry is twenty feet from the stain; sometimes it’s missing shingles after a storm.
What the repair involves
Once the source is identified the work is usually localized. We lift the affected shingles, pull back the underlayment, address the flashing or boot, and re-seal. Rotted underlayment gets cut out and replaced. The shingles go back over the top.
The promise
We won’t sell you a roof to cover a two-square patch.
Not every leak means the whole roof has to be replaced. A roof leak repair is a repair. If the damage really is too widespread to fix in place, you’ll be told that plainly — and shown why.
